Position Summary
We’re hiring a reliable, hardworking Teaching Assistant ($10/hour) to support our summer art camps and help keep our studio running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, follows directions well, and enjoys working with kids in a fast-paced, creative environment. If you take pride in doing things thoroughly and jumping in where needed, you’ll be a great fit for our team!
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in camps, classrooms, or childcare settings
- Friendly and confident communicator with adults—especially parents and guardians
- Comfortable managing transitions and being the “first hello” and “last goodbye” each day
- Belief in the value of process-based learning and child-led creativity
- Reliable, collaborative, and organized
- Ability to bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and stay active for extended periods
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
