Creativity Supervisors Needed

We are seeking a warm, professional, and creative Assistant Classroom Teacher who is equally comfortable supporting children during hands-on projects and welcoming parents at drop-off and pick-up. This is a front-of-house role—you are the friendly first face families see and a key member of our camp culture. The ideal candidate is confident, approachable, and deeply respectful of the creative process.

This position supports the Lead Teacher in the classroom while also helping maintain a clean, organized studio and a warm, communicative relationship with families.

While this position is ideally full-time, we welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time work.

Part-time shifts are available for either mornings (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM) or afternoons (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM).

Pay Range: $14-16/hour

• Experience working with children in camps, classrooms, or childcare settings
• Friendly and confident communicator with adults—especially parents and guardians
• Comfortable managing transitions and being the “first hello” and “last goodbye” each day
• Belief in the value of process-based learning and child-led creativity
• Reliable, collaborative, and organized
• Ability to bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and stay active for extended periods
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
